The purpose of Beta Phi Mu is to recognize scholastic achievement in and scholarly contributions to librarianship and information science and to sponsor and support appropriate professional and scholary projects related to these fields.
Established in 1972, the Beta Delta Chapter of the School of Information Studies at the University at Buffalo continues this ideal by offering dinner and speaker programs of interest to our members though out the year. We hope to see you soon!
